Friday, May 21, 2010 - TimeBack - Backup Script

The May meeting of the Mazatlan Linux Users Group will be this Friday, May 21. We will distribute the new backup script that mimics Apple's Time Machine functionality written by our member Charles Swarts followed by free discussion.

Anyone is welcome to join us, regardless of your computer experience. We will be answering questions during and after the discussion. There will also be some laptops with Linux available for you to try out.

The meeting will be this Friday, May21, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We meet at Te Amo Lucy's restaurant near the Plaza Machado. We meet in the courtyard by the pool. Although the restaurant is closed during the meeting, Tony makes drinks available for us. Even though the restaurant has new hours and won't normally open until 6:00 pm, Tony is making the facility to available to us at our regular meeting time. Thank-you, Tony!

Te Amo Lucy's is located at Constitucion #622 between Plaza Machado and Benito Juarez. It's a pink building on the south side of the street.
